Sam and Ross were exactly the sort of professionals you’d like to come across. Helpful from the first contact and flexible around our changing completion dates. Arrived on site exactly when they said, very personable and tidy. Knew exactly what they were doing and explained things very clearly. Undertook an extremely thorough review of our new house and provided a very comprehensive report with clear points and loads of photos. Also marked all defects with small Post-it notes so very easy for the builder to spot and rectify them.

We received the report which was really well detailed the next day after our survey. The report was well laid out with pictures to assist. The notes to explain exactly what was wrong gave us the confidence to be able to approach our housebuilder with the right knowledge and information.
